Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 October 2026
TapVault is a white-label service for local venues. These terms are between TapVault and the business or person who buys access (you). They are written in plain language; if something is unclear, write to tapvault.support@gmail.com before you buy.
1. The service
TapVault lets you issue digital stamp loyalty cards that guests add to Apple Wallet with one tap, and lets venue staff add stamps by scanning the card with the TapVault scanner in a web browser. Features can be added, changed or removed over time. Cards for Google Wallet are not available yet.
2. Founding Pass and plans
The Founding Pass is a limited pre-launch offer for the first 20 buyers. It includes platform access from the launch date (25 October 2026), a ready-to-use card template, 3 active locations for 3 months and a founder role in Discord. After that, you can continue on the Starter plan for up to 5 active locations at the price shown on the website at the time. For the first 20 Founding Pass holders the Starter price is guaranteed for 12 months. If you do not continue, cards stay active until the end of the paid period.
Payments are processed by Whop. Cancellations and refunds follow the terms shown at checkout on Whop and the rules that apply to you by law.
3. Your use
You may use TapVault for your own venues or for venues you serve as a reseller, and you may bill them directly on your own terms. You are responsible for your customers, your prices and what you promise them. You must not use the service for anything illegal, to mislead guests, to send spam or to damage the service. You must keep your staff PIN confidential and change it if you suspect it leaked.
4. Guest data
For guests of your venues, you decide why guest data is used and TapVault processes it on your behalf, as described in the Privacy Policy. You must tell your guests that you run a loyalty programme and, where required, comply with the data protection rules that apply to you. You can ask us at any time to delete a card or all cards of a venue.
5. Rewards and stamps
Stamps and rewards are set by the venue. TapVault only counts them and cannot guarantee that a venue honours a reward. Misuse such as scanning without a real purchase is the venue's responsibility to manage.
6. Apple, Google and third parties
TapVault depends on third-party platforms such as Apple Wallet, Vercel, Supabase and Whop. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are trademarks of their respective owners; TapVault is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple or Google. If a third party changes its rules or has an outage, parts of the service may be affected.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may pause the service for maintenance. A paid period that is interrupted for a significant time will be extended or handled fairly.
8. Intellectual property
TapVault, its software and design remain ours. You keep rights to your own venue names, logos and content, and you allow us to use them only to run your cards.
9. Liability
The service is provided as is. Within the limits of the law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the period in which the problem occurred, and we are not liable for lost profit or indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing limits rights you have as a consumer where they apply.
10. Ending
You can stop using TapVault at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are seriously breached. When access ends, we delete or anonymise the venue's cards as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Law and changes
These terms are governed by Polish law, subject to mandatory consumer rules in your country. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and material changes will be announced to buyers.
